3/1/2019 How to Host an Easy & Delicious BrunchBrunch is 100% my favorite meal. One of my best friends jokes that I'm never just eating breakfast... I'm always brunching. There's just something so nice and relaxing about brunch. In my mind, brunch is a leisurely morning where you've slept in, put on comfy clothes, sip a cappuccino or a matcha latte, and sit back and relax while a delicious spread comes your way. What's better than that? Clearly I love enjoying a fabulous brunch out, but I also love hosting one at my house! It's definitely the most stress-free meal to take on. It's casual, it doesn't require anything too fancy or complicated, and pretty much everything can be prepped ahead of time. Here are my tips for the next time you're hosting a brunch!

9/4/2018 Natural Skincare for the New GirlGoing all-natural with my skincare is something that's been on my list for a long time. It took me a while and a lot of baby steps to get there, but I'm really excited that I've finally found a regimen that works for me. You may be wondering why it's an important thing to do, and I was the same way. But think about it... we spend all of this time and energy buying healthy, organic groceries, reading ingredient labels, and putting the best foods in our body, but what about what we use on our bodies?
7/5/2018 5 Tips for Mindfully (and Guiltlessly) Indulging Your Sweet ToothOne of the most common questions I get from clients, friends, and readers is how to satisfy a demanding sweet tooth without completely "falling off the wagon". Believe me, I get it. I love my sweets. It's something I look forward to each day, and if someone tried to tell me I couldn't have it, I'd feel deprived and restricted, and I'd want it that much more. Then I'd probably overdo it, and feel a little guilty for going overboard. So it's important to quit the deprivation and restriction, and figure out how to indulge consciously, mindfully, and guiltlessly! Delicious sweets are supposed to make you feel satisfied and happy, after all. Here's my 5 tips to make it happen.
1/31/2018 The Weeknight Bite Challenge: FebYOUary EditionLet's do a little review of the last few months, shall we? November was all about Thanksgiving, and even though that's just one day, it kind of becomes a whole month of excitement and indulging. Right? Then comes December, AKA treat yo'self month! Alllll the sugar, carbs, and wine on repeat. January... While we all wanted to set healthy resolutions, we're kind of in a sugar and carb hangover from the holidays, so it takes these intentions a while to actually become a reality. Who's with me? This brings us to February, which I've decided to rename FebYOUary. It's the month of love... and I don't mean loving your significant other, spouse, or fling... I mean it's the month to love YOURSELF! Once and for all!
