Let's do a little review of the last few months, shall we? November was all about Thanksgiving, and even though that's just one day, it kind of becomes a whole month of excitement and indulging. Right? Then comes December, AKA treat yo'self month! Alllll the sugar, carbs, and wine on repeat. January... While we all wanted to set healthy resolutions, we're kind of in a sugar and carb hangover from the holidays, so it takes these intentions a while to actually become a reality. Who's with me? This brings us to February, which I've decided to rename FebYOUary. It's the month of love... and I don't mean loving your significant other, spouse, or fling... I mean it's the month to love YOURSELF! Once and for all!
You guys, when was the last time you woke up and just felt good? If that happened today, more power to you! But for most of us, it's been a while and it takes a little bit of work to get back there. But guess what? I'm on a serious mission to help you feel your absolute best. I really want you to feel incredible in your own body, shine with confidence, have glowing skin, and have tons of energy to face the day. And I want to teach you exactly how to do it.
I’ve had so many people reaching out via instagram or emailing me asking me how they can get in a healthy routine that lasts. How they can stop yo-yo dieting and stressing about food all the time. Or wondering how they can lose a few pounds before their vacation or their best friend's wedding. There's been so much I’ve wanted to share, but I didn’t really have a place for all of my tips, tricks, recipes, and support to come together... until now. Introducing (drumroll please!) the Weeknight Bite Challenge, FebYOUary Edition! And the theme is Eat Well, Feel Fab & Love Yo'self! I'm seriously so excited, I feel like I just announced the prom theme in Never Been Kissed, but this is even better!
Btw, I talked all about my healthy living tips and tricks this week on my live masterclass and got such an incredible response from it, that it made me even more pumped about the upcoming challenge where we can put it all practice together. If you missed the class, you can watch the replay here for the next couple days before it expires. Otherwise, you can sign up for the waitlist here so you get notified about the next free class!
The Weeknight Bite Challenge is a fresh approach to learning how to love your body, develop a healthy routine that becomes a lifestyle, slim down sustainably, and discover your confident, vibrant self in just 4 weeks. During the challenge, you'll learn exactly what to eat to nourish your body and fuel yourself with energy, how to be a savvy shopper and choose the best products, how to make simple swaps to satisfy cravings (no deprivation allowed!), how to structure your meals like a pro, how to stay on track when dining out or traveling, and how to become a more mindful eater. This is the exact process I used to get in shape for my wedding day and I've been able to maintain it ever since, thanks to these strategies. But don't just take it from me... here's what some of the lovely ladies who did the last Weeknight Bite Challenge had to say...
