A healthy life. That’s the goal right? I know it may seem like “healthy living” is a pretty hefty task, but I’m here to tell you that it can be pretty darn simple. Easy, even. Stick with me, friend, and I’ll teach you all my tricks. Like how to properly nourish your body and satisfy your cravings, so you’ll never have to worry about counting calories. Ever. Again. And how to change your mindset and start thinking of food as medicine and as a delicious part of life. I’ll teach you how to find balance between your healthy weeknight bites and your Saturday nights at your favorite restaurant. Let’s be real… my morning green smoothies hold just as big a place in my heart as a plate of fresh homemade pasta.
In my opinion, enjoying great food with family and friends is one of the truest forms of happiness, and you should never have to choose between that and living a healthy life! In the Weeknight Bite world, we get to have both. This is what I like to call happy healthy living, where we have our (healthy) cake and eat it too… literally.
