9/28/2023 My Most-Used Kitchen Products
I get tons of questions about what I'm using in my kitchen, so I figured it was time to put together my most-used kitchen products all in one spot. Of course, when I'm cooking I use a ton of different items, but these are the products I'm constantly coming back to. From my air fryer to my pancake griddle, keep reading for all of my essentials!

7" Chef's Knife: I have many knives in my kitchen but I am always reaching for this one. There is nothing like a high-quality knife that just gets the job done, and this knife is just that!
Air Fryer: Once I got an air fryer my life was forever changed (kidding... but not really)! It seriously makes getting dinner on the table so much easier! Make sure to get these liners with it for easy cleanup! Always Pan: I'm sure you've seen this on social media before and let me be the one to tell you it is totally worth it. The non-stick surface is too good and the pretty shades + aesthetic design doesn't look half bad sitting on my stove, either. ? Also, the new 2.0 version is oven-safe up to 450°F so I'll often start cooking something on my stove and finish it in the oven! Handheld Grater: Pretty self explanatory here! I like having this handheld grater for everything from grating cheese to lemon zest. Citrus Squeezer: If this isn't part of your kitchen arsenal stop what you're doing and order it right now! This will save your hands and gets every drop of juice out of that citrus. Beast Blender: This is the blender I use to make tons of morning smoothies and blend up Hulk pancakes for the boys. It's super easy to use, powerful, pretty, and I like that it's more compact than my Vitamix. Milk Frother: I drink a matcha latte every morning so I'm using this frother on the daily. There are a lot of different frothers out there, but trust me when I tell you, this one gets suuuper frothy, like frothier than my favorite coffee shop. It has four different modes to create different foam depending on what you like - hot and airy foam, hot dense foam, cold foam, and warm milk. All-in-One Cutting Board: This cutting board is super sturdy but what I love most about it is the non-slip feet that keep it in place as well as the fact that it's dishwasher safe. Always looking for ways to minimize the dishes! Meat Masher: If you cook a lot of ground meat this masher is a must. Much better than breaking it up with a wooden spoon! I use it several times a week for my Egg Roll in a Bowl, easy bolognese, and taco bowls. Food Processor: I love having this mini food processor on hand for the smaller jobs that really don't require getting my giant, heavy one out of the cabinet. It's only $30 but gets the job done! Mini Fry Pan & Sauce Pan: For the meals that don't require a large pan, this mini set is the best. When I purchased it, I didn't think I would get as much use out of it as I do, but this set has quickly become a staple for me! And you guys already know how much I love Caraway for all things non-toxic cooking! Pancake Griddle: I always get DMs about this product when I post it so here it is- my beloved ceramic pancake griddle! Any time we make breakfast at home, this griddle comes out, so easy to use and cooks everything evenly. It's also such a great price point and has lasted us years. There are so many things in my kitchen but those are definitely my essentials!
