Get ready for the most delicious & healthy One-Pan Paleo Orange Chicken & Broccoli, made with a bunch of simple & fresh ingredients, without any of the added sweeteners that you see in so many recipes, and simplified by using broccoli florets that are all chopped and ready to throw into the pan so it comes together super quickly! You’ll love this easy & healthy spin on everyone’s favorite take-out! Ingredients: For the chicken: 1.5 lbs organic chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces Salt & pepper 2 tbsp arrowroot flour 3 tbsp avocado oil 1 bag broccoli florets 2 tbsp water For the sauce: ½ cup fresh orange juice 2 tbsp coconut aminos 1 tsp sesame oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 1-inch knob fresh ginger, minced 2 tbsp rice vinegar ½ tsp arrowroot flour 1 tbsp orange zest Garnish: orange zest, chopped green onion, toasted sesame seeds, & (optional) red pepper flakes Serves 3.
