11/25/2019 Happy & Healthy Thanksgiving TipsI can't believe my favorite holiday of the year is just a couple days away! It's such a happy day full of family, traditions, catching up with everyone I love, and let's be honest ... eating ALLLL the food! While the average American apparently consumes 3,000-4,000 calories at Thanksgiving dinner (doesn't this make you think of Joey wearing Phoebe's maternity pants to Thanksgiving!? ha!), I've got a few strategies to share so we can all feel totally happy and satisfied at Thanksgiving, rather than being uncomfortably stuffed like a turkey after our feasts. Here's my top 8 tips:

11/22/2019 Necessities for Postpartum RecoveryI know, I know, this isn't your typical Weeknight Bite healthy recipe or nutrition post. Today we're trading cauliflower rice for nipple cream, so read on with caution! 🤣I do think this is a topic that will be really beneficial for a lot of women because let me tell ya, behind every newborn cutie pie is a tired mama who is also wearing a diaper (for real, tho 😳).
I didn't realize how tough the recovery would be, and when I mentioned that the other day on my insta stories, I received countless messages from women asking questions and wondering what they would need for their own recovery. So I figured I'd put it all together in a blog post! That way, you can stock up on everything early and avoid frantically texting your mama-friends at 3am when you're back from the hospital and you realize you need way more comfortable pads, a better alternative to the hospital spray bottle, and something to heal your sore nipples (and fast!). I placed a lot of middle of the night Amazon orders those first few days at home, so I'm hoping this list will get you all prepped so you can just focus on healing and on your baby, rather than "adding-to-cart" all night long! 3/1/2019 How to Host an Easy & Delicious BrunchBrunch is 100% my favorite meal. One of my best friends jokes that I'm never just eating breakfast... I'm always brunching. There's just something so nice and relaxing about brunch. In my mind, brunch is a leisurely morning where you've slept in, put on comfy clothes, sip a cappuccino or a matcha latte, and sit back and relax while a delicious spread comes your way. What's better than that? Clearly I love enjoying a fabulous brunch out, but I also love hosting one at my house! It's definitely the most stress-free meal to take on. It's casual, it doesn't require anything too fancy or complicated, and pretty much everything can be prepped ahead of time. Here are my tips for the next time you're hosting a brunch!
1/9/2019 Home Office Reveal - Before & After!I'm so excited to finally share my office reveal with you guys! Working from home, I spend the majority of my time sitting in my office, and ever since we moved into our house two years ago, I've been dreaming of creating an office that really felt like me. I wanted a space that would inspire creativity and productivity and have a calm and happy vibe. I wanted it to be both beautiful and functional - it needed to have a place for all of the pretty decorative items, cookbooks, and nutrition books, and also some storage where I could hide the not-so-cute things like my shredder, printer, cords, and client folders.
11/25/2018 2018 Holiday Gift GuideThanksgiving is officially over, which means the holidays are upon us! I don't know about you, but I'm definitely not one to spend Black Friday at the mall...
