I spent the first week of 2013 in Cabo with my family. The best day of all was spent at Los Tamarindos, a certified organic farm owned by the talented chef, Enrique Silva. He uses all of his delicious produce for his on-site restaurant and his interactive cooking classes! We had the pleasure of spending the day with him & learning how to make the most amazzzing meal.
