Have you heard all the hype over Apple Cider Vinegar? The first I had seen of it was about a year ago when my brother would take a "shot" of it every morning, and he got so attached to it, that he even tried to take a whole bottle through airport security once and convince TSA that it was for medical purposes and he may DIE without it!
I thought he was nuts but it definitely peaked my interest, and after reading about all the unbelievable health benefits, I have since been starting my day with a couple teaspoons of ACV. For those of you who are newbies to Apple Cider Vinegar, don't be deterred by the pungent scent and sharp taste . . . just take it like a quick shot and you're good!
So here we go. . . Why you need to start making use of this magical potion ASAP! . . .
Amazing right? I like to add 2 teaspoons of organic ACV to water and drink it first thing in the morning. You can also incorporate it into a delicious salad dressing with olive oil, dijon, salt and pepper. Make sure you buy organic and unfiltered, and shake shake shake to get all the good enzymes (AKA the "Mother") that settle at the bottom of the bottles.
