Coconut oil cooking spray (or 1 tsp
regular coconut oil)
1 tsp water
1 tsp honey
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Cut banana into slices as pictured. Mix together 1 tsp water with honey, vanilla, and cinnamon. Spray your pan generously with coconut oil spray and warm it up on the stove at a medium-high heat. If you don't have the spray, regular coconut oil will also do the trick! Spread the bananas out on the pan and after about 1-2 minutes, or when the bananas are looking browned and a little crispy, flip the bananers over. After flipping, pour the water/honey/vanilla/cinnamon mixture right over the bananas and turn off the heat. Let it boil for 30 seconds to a minute and remove from the stove. Serve this sweet banana-ey goodness with anything you want! Works deliciously with breakfast or dessert!
