1 cup 100% pure pumpkin
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 frozen banana
1 1/2 tsp honey
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp raw almonds
1/4 cup water
Optional if you like your smoothies a bit sweeter: 2 stevia packets
