4 cups low sodium chicken/veggie broth + 1 cup water
1 package Trader Joe's Asian Vegetable Stir Fry
Medley (refrigerated section)
1 package frozen Trader Joe's Chicken Gyoza Potstickers
2 cups shredded green cabbage
3/4 cup edamame beans
1 chopped garlic clove
1/2 cup chopped scallions/green onions
1/2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
1/2 tbsp Bragg's liquid aminos
Freshly cracked pepper
This soup would also be amazing and completely vegetarian if you substituted vegetable gyoza potstickers, or you can mix it up and use the Trader Joe's frozen Chicken Shu Mai instead. Of course if you do not have a Trader Joe's near you (sadness!), just pick up any Asian stir-fry medley from your go-to grocery store, as well as any healthy frozen potstickers (Annie Chun's brand has good ones!), and you can easily recreate this meal!
