Now how cute are these nutrition-packed balls?
1 cup gluten free rolled oats (we put these through
our food processor to make them a little finer & smoother)
1/4 cup chopped almonds
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
2 tbsp honey
1/2 cup natural almond butter
2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
A sprinkle of sea salt for each Bite
Makes 15 Fit Bites.
Mix all ingredients together, either by hand or in a standing mixer. Then roll into little balls, packing them tightly. Sprinkle a little sea salt on each ball, then refrigerate for about 30 minutes. That's it! Enjoy, my fit friends!!
