1. Turkey roll-ups : a couple slices of turkey with hummus and cucumber rolled into a little taco!
2. Apple with a handful of almonds
3. Greek yogurt with cinnamon and nuts or with berries
4. Green Juice or any pressed veggie juice - my favorites are Suja Glow & Evolution Sweet Greens
5. Brown rice cake or Ezekiel toast (my fave is cinnamon raisin) with 1 tbsp almond butter, 1/2 banana, cinnamon & a drizzle of honey (a heartier snack)
6. Cottage cheese with fresh berries
7. Cherry tomato, garbanzo, and Persian cucumber salad
8. Two hard boiled eggs
9. Homemade trail mix - be careful of portion size! My favorite combo is raw almonds, pecans, dried cranberries, and dark chocolate chips (hello antioxidants!).
10. Carrots and sugar snap peas with hummus
11. Forked avocado on Ak-Mak Crackers (from TJ's) with salt & cracked pepper
12. 1/2 cup edamame beans
13. White canned tuna mixed with TJ's Spinach & Kale Greek Yogurt Dip
14. TJ's Steamed lentils with Trader Joe's Bruschetta Sauce (drain oil first) & Parmesan cheese
15. Black beans, corn, & avocado salad with lime, olive oil, S & P
